Our traditional regional fare knows many influences, which is why our food is known as one of the most varied and delicious in Germany.

Fresh salads, fish, meat, asparagus and chanterelle mushrooms are all regional specialties that are prominently featured.

A fine wine carefully selected to be paired with the meal is also integral to the Badische dining table.
